My honey is produced by my bees here in Brierley, and hives at Joyford. It is minimally processed, just extracted and filtered to remove bits of wax, bees etc. I sometimes use gentle heating to make the processing easier; the filter is not fine enough to remove the pollen, which stays in the honey, as it should. My honey has won prizes at our local, and other honey shows. I am a member of Dean Forest Beekeepers; we have a website www.deanforestbeekeepers.co.uk
