Full fat hard cheese made with pasteurised or unpasteurised Old Gloucester cow’s milk with natural rennet. A rare cheese which originated on Gloucestershire farms over 200 years ago.In 1994 it was awarded Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, which means it can only be made on Gloucestershire farms that have a herd of Old Gloucester cows.
