Characteristics: Around 7cm in length, ranging from bright green to yellow in colour.

Description: Normally served in tapas, the Padron notoriously has a roulette whereby one in every 30 tends to be a hotter variety than the usual mild taste, registering between 500 and 2,500 SHU.
