Aztec Broccoli-a new crop for our Market Garden. We’ve taken these shoots pretty young and tender, so at this stage they just need to be lightly steamed. The flavour is like a mix between spinach and peas, it’s rather nice! An ideal UK grown alternative to broccoli during the summer season.

We are an Soil Association certified organic, minimum tillage Market Garden in the wilds of the Wye Valley.

Our leaves come in home compostable packaging.
