An absolutely wonderful vegetable with superb celery flavour. Best roasted but also fantastic grated raw in a ‘slaw, steamed, or sliced into batons and added to a stir-fry. Alternatively, try adding it to mashed potato for the Best Mash You’ve Ever Tasted™.
