Description
Cinnamon is the aromatic bark of a variety of the laurel tree, native to Sri Lanka and S. India. Can be used in Oriental, African and Indian savoury dishes, but commonly used in the West to flavour sweet dishes, desserts, cakes, drinks and syrups.
