When we first created our drinks menus to serve from Gertie (our vintage caravan), we invented a refreshing alcohol-free cocktail called a Honeysuckle & Hibiscus Cooler and it proved so popular we decided to bottle it as a limited edition seasonal syrup! Check out the recipe.

If you want to make the mocktail you’ll also need dried hibiscus to make the “tea” infusion – this listing is for the 150ml syrup + 25 hibiscus pouch.
As a guide, 25g hibiscus will make around 1.5 litres of hibiscus tea, which is enough for around six drinks.
Syrup:
A sugar syrup made with raw cane sugar* and fresh lemon juice, infused with garden grown, sun dried honeysuckle (1%) and dried hibiscus petals (<1%)*.
