A rich lamb tagine in our tasty shortcrust pastry – a meal in itself. A luscious filling of rich, lamb tagine, cooked slowly to bring out the sweet flavours of the ingredients. Foggies are a special type of pasty, originating in the fold of a hill high above the Wye Valley, on the edge of Gloucestershire�s Royal Forest of Dean. Storage and Serving: Ready to eat and may be eaten hot or cold. Store below 5�C. Suitable for home freezing To Reheat: Preheat oven to 180�C/ Gas mark 5. Remove from packaging. Place on metal tray in oven. Bake for 20 mins, or until piping hot. Filling contains: Onion, tomato, Welsh Mountain Lamb (19%), carrot, pitted dates (but watch for stones!), water, couscous (wheat), apricot (unsulphured), garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper, salt. Pastry contains British Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), lard, water, salt, free range egg, black pepper. Made carefully in a kitchen that nonetheless uses most known food allergens.
