Flavour wise these are Similar to cress but mildly peppery in flavour, you can also taste the same Broccoli flavour that you love and know from mature Broccoli, but it’s more mild.
These can be used in the same way as you might use cress and are particularly delicious in salads of course. We love these on top of tofu on toast, stir fry’s, pasta or stews…a really versatile shoot that easily adds a whole heap of nutrition to your meal.

In terms of health benefits they are Rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and K. and an excellent source of Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc
Asides being rich in these vitamins and minerals, Broccoli microgreens are prized for being packed with Sulforaphane .

We will harvest your Broccoli microgreens when they are at their optimum nutritional value. We are up early to cut and package them the same morning you collect your box so they are as fresh as possible
