The first harvest of the first ever potatoes grown at Wye Organic! These have been grown in our polytunnel as an especially early treat. Freshly harvested and *dirty* with real soil (did you know supermarket new potatoes are industrially washed and then covered in *soil* afterwards to make them look fresh?).
Hand-dug in our market garden in the Wye Valley.
Best served boiled with mint and a knob of butter.
