Patty Pan are the scalloped, elliptical fruit of a courgette-like plant; they are eye-catching for their unusual edges, and we like to grow a rainbow range of colours to really bring out their beauty!

Technically they are considered a type of summer squash – ie a squash that is usually harvested and eaten in the *courgette stage*, immature without seeds and while the skin is soft and edible.

You are ordering smaller Patty Pans that are suitable for roasting whole, serving raw, and replacing courgettes in any dish.
