A new addition to our spring/summer seasonal syrup range for 2026.

Our summertime syrup blends a once fashionable but nearly forgotten fruit – the beautifully tart red gooseberry – with hints of elderflower and vanilla. Our nod to a classic dessert – the Gooseberry Fool!

This year’s batch is bursting with berries all grown locally in the Forest of Dean – from a small grower just three miles from our door, and a little further afield from a rural village just outside Ross-on-Wye. And it’s from this same rural location the English elderflower extract is harvested and produced!

How to use it:

Add a drizzle of seasonal sophistication to your drinks and culinary creations.

Lift a mocktail, craft a unique cocktail, or add a drizzle to your puds.
