One of our three autumn/winter seasonal syrups, Spiced Elderberry Syrup is bursting with flavour from locally foraged elderberries and is slowly infused with delicious warming spices.

It’s absolutely delightful for a warming winter drink, and delicious in mocktails, cocktails, or served simply with ice or served as a hot infusion for a warming hot toddy or mock toddy.

Elderberry syrup is also a traditional remedy to soothe sore throats and coughs during winter illness.

It’s use goes beyond drinks – cranberry and elderberry sauce is a delicious condiment for the  Christmas table!

Ingredients: Sugar*, the juice of hand picked wild elderberries (min. 35%), water. Slowly infused with fresh orange peel, fresh ginger, cinnamon,* green cardamom pods,* star anise* and cloves.
