A traditional Austrian sandwich biscuit with cinnamon & lemon in the biscuit, raspberry jam centre and cut out middle and dusted with icing sugar – a more refined jammy dodger! The cut out section will be stars or trees, rather than the hearts shown on the image. BB 5 days (can be wrapped and frozen to extend shelf life).
