Week Selection Box from Plump Hill Farm                                      

Lamb and pork from our fabulous pedigree Shropshire sheep and Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs; both heritage breeds.  All our meat is something very special, premium quality from happy outdoor reared and grass-fed livestock, unrivalled from anything you will find in the supermarkets.  Our produce is flavoursome, succulent and delicious – it tastes like meat used to taste!

What’s in your week selection box?

In your box you will find the following produce, subject to your preference and availability.  We are a small producer which allows us the luxury of raising our stock with love, care and mollycoddles. It does, however, mean that all our produce is subject to availability. If you have a preference for anything in particular, please let us know and we will do our very best to supply your favourite.  The more notice we have the better!

• Pork or lamb sausages x 2 packs (6 per pack)
• Bacon x 2 packs (1 streaky and 1 back) (6 per pack)
• Roasting joint x 1 – lamb or pork
• Mince x 1 pack – lamb or pork (500g)
• Pork chops or gammon steaks x 1 (2 per pack)
