Description

The mellow pale ale gives way to the light aromas of English hops. Delicious when enjoyed on its own, or slice and add to a great British charcuterie board!

This is naturally cured using all natural ingredients, no artificial preservatives and no added chemical nitrates.

Ingredients: Pork, pale ale (contains Gluten), sea salt, hops, herbs and spices, demerara sugar, celery, sea buckthorn.

Allergens: Celery, gluten. Produced in an environment that also handles nuts.

Storage: Store in a cool dark and dry place, once opened refrigerate.

White mould may form on this product; it is quite safe and an indicator that it is properly fermented and matured. Simply wipe it off if you prefer, and enjoy!
