For example, the lovely people at Hanley Farm (who will be doing meat & cheese) are not yet ready to supply us, so to make sure you have at least some choice, we’ve arranged for the Model Farm, near Ross, to supply us on Wednesdays as well as Fridays, for a couple of weeks.

Model Farm meat is at least properly pasture-fed – the best sort of free-range! – and at best organic. Their bacon contains no preservatives – just salt & sugar. It’s what you’d expect…
