They are the same items we have at full price, and we will continue to pay the producer the usual amount, but we are taking a much smaller markup. We can afford to do this for the moment because we built up a reserve during lock-down.

The Bulk Buyers Supplier aims to make quality, organic dry goods more affordable. We do this by buying in bulk as directly as possible from the farm suppliers and from co-operatives like Essentials. We use home compostable packaging where we can. We are rotate our stock and there are still some problems with imports so we won’t have all produce all the time.
