We hand-make decadent treats, herbal tea blends and delicious seasonal syrups from our rural kitchen – created with natural, local, foraged or ethically sourced organic ingredients.
Our herbal blends take inspiration from the magical, beautiful and restorative natural environment of the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.
Our seasonal syrups are only produced in-season using carefully foraged or locally grown fruits. Our syrups are delightful in cocktails or mocktails, divine served simply with soda and ice, or delicious added to a hot infusion for a warming, comforting drink.
