Some cuts may be frozen. Frozen items are frozen on the ‘packed on’ date, the same day they are butchered and can be kept frozen for 6 months.

Wye Organic is based on an old-fashioned farm in South Herefordshire. Located in one of the most iconic parts of the Wye Valley, the farm has been organic for over 20-years.

If you visit in the summer, while the garden brims with succulent vegetables, the ancient pastures with their wild flowers and teaming birdlife, are home to our pedigree Hereford cattle and sheep grazing through shoulder-high grass.
