Made with McCrindle’s cider from the heart of the forest of dean, the subtle sweetness of the outdoor bred pork and cider give way to the aromatic notes of fennel seed.
This is naturally cured using all natural ingredients, no artificial preservatives and no added chemical nitrates.
Ingredients: Pork, cider, sea salt, herbs and spices, demerara sugar, celery, sea buckthorn.
Allergens: Celery. Produced in an environment that also handles nuts.
Storage: Store in a cool dark and dry place, once opened refrigerate.
White mould may form on this product; it is quite safe and an indicator that it is properly fermented and matured. Simply wipe it off if you prefer, and enjoy!
