A little taste of Autumn from the heart of the Forest of Dean. The deep, gamey flavours of the wild boar give way to a gently autumnal aftertaste.
This is naturally cured using all natural ingredients, no artificial preservatives and no added chemical nitrates.
Ingredients: Wild Boar, Pork, sea salt, hazelnut (nut), herbs and spices, demerara sugar, celery, sea buckthorn.
Allergens: Celery, Nut.
Storage: Store in a cool dark and dry place, once opened refrigerate.
White mould may form on this product; it is quite safe and an indicator that it is properly fermented and matured. Simply wipe it off if you prefer, and enjoy!
