Air-dried pork collar, made with beautifully sweet outdoor bred pork, seasoned with rosemary, thyme and bay. Thinly sliced and rich in flavour, this is our take on a traditional Italian favourite.

Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, herbs and spices, demerara sugar, sea buckthorn. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

Allergens: None. Produced in an environment that also handles nuts.

Storage: Store in a cool dark and dry place, once opened refrigerate.
