Contains: local, farm-grown pork,salt and a smidgen of preservative (Sea salt and preservatives – because we have to by law – potassium nitrates and sodium nitrate and antioxidant sodium ascorbate) Please note that packs sizes vary as not all pigs are the same size when grown free range!
