Pork Boxes from Plump Hill Farm                                           

Our pigs are pedigree Gloucestershire Old Spots, often known simply as “Old Spots”, a native breed with a traditional flavour.  Our meat is something very special, premium quality from happy outdoor reared pigs, unrivalled from anything you will find in the supermarkets.  Whether as chops, bacon, gammon, roasting joints or sausages the produce from our pigs is flavoursome, succulent and delicious.  It tastes like meat used to taste.

What’s in your pork box?

In your box you will find a selection of the following produce, subject to your preference and availability.  We are a small producer which allows us the luxury of raising our stock with love, care and mollycoddles. It does, however, mean that all our produce is subject to availability. If you have a preference for anything in particular, please let us know and we will do our very best to supply your favourite.  Swaps/substitutions are allowed!

• Sausages. (Gluten free available.)
• Chipolata sausages
• Chops and/or steaks
• Bacon – streaky and/or back
• Roasting joints – leg, shoulder and/or belly
• Gammon joints
• Gammon steaks
• Liver and/or kidney
• Tenderloin
• Mince
• Burgers (pork and apple)

Prices

Prices are from £75.00 per box. A sample £75.00 box might contain:

• 2 x packs sausages (6 in a pack)
• 2 x packs bacon (1 x streaky, 1 x back) (6 slices in a pack)
• 2 x pork chops/steaks
• 2 x gammon steaks
• Liver (circa 500g)
• Roasting joint (1.5kg)
• Mince (500g) or Burgers (2 per pack)
