A nice bunch of spring onions (probably ramrod variety in fact) – very pungent and superbly tasty. You get the full onion leaf – not cut like at the supermarkets.
Try chopped raw into your salad ( I recommend mine!), stir-fried or chopped into mashed potatoes, mmm…
