Our wild venison sausages are hand-made from wild, naturally reared deer with salt and pepper, using natural hog casings. Perfect with a buttery mash and rich gravy.

Wye Organic is based on an old-fashioned farm in South Herefordshire. Located in one of the most iconic parts of the Wye Valley, the farm has been organic for over 20-years.

If you visit in the summer, while the garden brims with succulent vegetables, the ancient pastures with their wild flowers and teaming bird life, are home to our pedigree Hereford cattle and sheep grazing through shoulder-high grass.
