Wild boar shoulder is a lean cut of meat from the front of a wild boar that’s great for roasting, braising, or smoking.

If you visit in the summer, while the garden brims with succulent vegetables, the ancient pastures with their wild flowers and teaming birdlife, are home to our pedigree Hereford cattle and sheep grazing through shoulder-high grass.
