With autumn coming, we’ve got some more cider vinegar in stock from Severn Cider – they’re just across the A48 from Oaklands. It’s unpasteurised, so it might be a little cloudy, but it’s delicious. It’s great for sauces & milder chutneys but might not do if you’re pickling onions – it may not be acid enough.
