Massive half pound lamb burgers traditionally reared in Lydney – supplied frozen We keep a small flock of Zwartbles sheep on our smallholding in Lydney, a breed we selected for their lean meat. All of our meat comes from animals born and reared in Lydney.We collected our latest batch of meat from the butcher on 7/7/16 and the burgers were frozen and bagged by the butcher. The burgers are fantastic and despite my healthy appetite I often struggle to eat a whole one!
