Lamb liver traditionally reared in Lydney – supplied frozen We keep a small flock of Zwartbles sheep on our smallholding in Lydney, a breed we selected for their lean meat. All of our meat comes from animals born and reared in Lydney and they are slaughtered and butchered within Gloucestershire. The meat is vacuum packed by the butcher and frozen as soon as we get it home.
