Pork sausages – from pigs traditionally reared outdoors in Lydney – supplied frozen This year’s pigs were Gloucester Old Spot cross Pietrain. They were kept outside with plenty of space to run around and lots of back scratches! They were born, raised, slaughtered and butchered in Gloucestershire and taste good too!
